McMullen County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither it nor its advertising partners offers an FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.
Nature of the Service
This private reference site points visitors toward McMullen County and Texas release-record resources, federal custody locators, and third-party research tools. It stores no official jail, court, or correctional records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a government document.
Use of the site means acceptance of these terms. If a visitor does not accept them, the visitor should stop using the service.
Acceptable Use Rules
Visitors agree to use the site lawfully and without harming another person or the service. A visitor must not:

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that information is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Partner searches may be incomplete.
Custody, release, court, address, and contact information can change without notice. Nothing here is an official statement from McMullen County, a sheriff, a court, TDCJ, or a federal agency. Verify the record with its creator.
Limits on Liability

These terms may change at any time. New terms take effect when posted. Access may also be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Continued use after a revision means acceptance of the revised terms.
Texas Law
Texas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas. Nothing in these terms changes duties imposed on government record custodians by Texas Government Code Chapter 552 or other applicable law.
Severability
If a court finds one term invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as required to make it lawful and enforceable.
